I’m a first-generation Latinx LMHC with about 7 years of experience specializing in ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I provide bilingual therapy in both English and Spanish, with a deep focus on building genuine relationships and delivering practical, goal-oriented solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate and manage everyday concerns.
