I am a family therapist, working through a systemic lens, as well as a client-centered therapist, believing each individual possesses unique strengths which can be highlighted and utilized in therapy. I have a passion for helping families reach their desired outcomes in a safe, nurturing environment. I am trained and experienced working with ages 4 and up.
I help my clients decrease anxiety and depression symptoms, work through difficult periods in their lives, and cultivate hope for their future. As a child/adolescent therapist, I can help increase self-esteem, develop age appropriate coping skills, decrease angry or anxious behaviors, and learn self-control while supporting their individuality.
