About
I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and families using play and expressive therapy techniques. I am a family therapist, working through a systemic lens, as well as a client-centered therapist, believing each individual possesses unique strengths which can be highlighted and utilized in therapy. I have a passion for helping families reach their desired outcomes in a safe, nurturing environment.
As a child/adolescent therapist, I can help increase self-esteem, develop appropriate coping skills, decrease angry or anxious behaviors, and learn self-control while supporting their creativity. I help my clients decrease anxiety and depression symptoms, work through difficult periods in their lives, and cultivate hope for their future.
I truly care about each family and individual that steps into my office and enjoy helping my clients achieve overall wellbeing. Let’s work together to develop insight into thoughts, emotions, and habits to promote healthy thought patterns and increase healthy coping strategies
