I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping people feel truly seen, heard, supported and I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and build the lives they want.
My approach is rooted in Person-Centered and Solution-Focused therapy. That means therapy with me is a collaborative space, where we work together to identify what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools to move forward. I’m especially focused on helping clients explore how relationships, environments, and systems shape their lives and how to advocate for themselves within them.
Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of human service settings and supported clients of all ages, backgrounds, and life stages. Whether I’m working with a teen sorting through identity and peer dynamics or a parent learning new strategies to connect with their child, I tailor my work to the individual or family in front of me.
Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help people show up for themselves with more confidence, resilience, and clarity so they can thrive not just in therapy, but in life.
