I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, whether stemming from romantic partnerships, grief or traumatic incidents. I earned my Masters degree from the University of Tennessee in 2008. I have worked in various settings, including community mental health centers, and have managed several programs related to family dynamics and abuse. I am a veteran with over 10 years of active duty service. My extensive experience has equipped me with the tools to guide clients through their healing journey.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then we can dive into the specific challenges that brought you to therapy. You are also able to ask any questions that you have in order to understand more about the process.
