I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and well-being, which provides a deeper understanding of our patterns and behaviors. Modalities utilized in our sessions may include Polyvagal Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
The goal of therapy is not to convert you to a certain belief system, but rather to help you explore your OWN inner landscape and find your OWN truth. Whether you are struggling with PTSD, Complex PTSD, BPD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can be a powerful tool to align mind, body, and spirit.
