Welcome, I am a trauma-informed Provisional Counselor practicing in the state of Mississippi with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in emotional growth, resilience-building, and healing. I feel deeply committed to fostering healthy family systems, empowering youth, and providing compassionate, evidence-based care rooted in integrity and faith with ages 3-18 years. It is also honoring to provide parenting support and collaboration when working with children and youth to help promote a healthy family dynamic through development into adulthood.
I am working towards certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) but also use play therapy, art therapy, and strength-based and solution-focused intervention techniques that promote long-term emotional wellness and recovery.
