I am so grateful that you are here, ready to explore ways to feel better in life. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. I graduated from the University at Buffalo with my MSW in 2005, and have worked in various capacities and age groups over the years. Anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma are areas in which I can be effective in helping. My clinical background and training bring experience to help you overcome your struggles. I will work collaboratively with you to find the tools that will help.
As I see it, my role in your care is to be a guide for you on your healing journey. I take an eclectic approach, meeting you where you are when you present, providing empathy, validation, and insight to foster your growth. My training includes CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
