I am physically located in South Dakota, in the beautiful homelands of the Lakota. I am originally from Western NY and I cherish my connection to my home! I hold licensure in NY, IA, and SD.
I am trained in many evidenced-based modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as others. I take an eclectic, person-centered approach to provide services that are tuned to your needs. You determine the pace that we go.
