About
I specialize in psychological testing and therapy for teens, young adults, and women/ parents. For teens and young adults, I treat a variety of presenting issues such as: ADHD, anxiety, depression, social difficulties, academic issues, identity development, and career planning. For women and parents, I offer specialized support around stress management, mood disorders, social relationships, and child behavior management.
I offer testing for diagnostic questions around learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, etc. In therapy, I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help clients move from negative, unhelpful thinking patterns to more adaptive thinking that creates positive feelings and helpful behaviors.
Call anytime! I know how much courage it takes to reach out for help. We can schedule a consultation right away to talk about your path to wellness.
