Sometimes getting to a location is difficult which is why I am providing Tele-Therapy. I am here to help you if you are dealing with addiction issues, emotional trauma, stress, anxiety, depression or having relationship problems with partners, family, friends or co-workers. The goal is to get you feeling better by providing you with tools and skills to address your concerns. I work with individuals and couples in Texas and California.
I am licensed in both California and Texas. I am passionate about working with people hoping to understand themselves and others in a deeper way. I believe in a person-centered counseling approach encouraging my clients to be the expert in their own lives. I believe that true change comes when someone is empowered to make the changes they desire.
