Counselor, MA, LMHC
Are you a woman facing a season of transition? Maybe you're a young adult still figuring out this adulting thing. Maybe you achieved some major goals for your life, and find yourself asking “What now?” Perhaps you are a new mom trying to find where you belong in a completely new paradigm. Or, life has thrown you a curveball, like a job loss or a divorce, and you find yourself asking “Who am I without...” Maybe everything is status quo, but you can’t ignore that gut feeling that you were made for more, and its time to make changes. When we try to ignore or resist change, the results can be sadness, anxiety, anger, and insecurity.
John Maxwell says "change is inevitable, growth is optional." All changes, even the painful ones, are opportunities for transformation. I am passionate about helping women in all stages of life embrace the opportunity to grow. My style is warm, optimistic, and solution focused. My goal is to help you make meaning of the past and find hope for the future.
My office is a safe and supportive place to laugh, cry, dream, learn, grow, and celebrate successes. If you choose to work with me, I will seek to be a cheerleader, a coach, and ultimately a sister growing along side you in the journey of life.
