I am a licensed therapist who works with people navigating all the hard, messy, meaningful parts of life—trauma, addiction, grief, body image, sex, relationships, and everything in between. I’m here for the deep stuff, the complicated stuff, and the parts you maybe haven’t said out loud yet. My goal is to help you find clarity, strength, and a way forward—without judgment and without pretending it’s easy.
I offer therapy that’s honest, grounded, and deeply human. I don’t sugarcoat things, and I won’t waste your time with fluff but I will meet you with compassion, humor, and the belief that healing is possible, even if it doesn’t feel that way yet.
I work with adults and some teenagers facing a wide range of challenges—whether it’s trauma, loss, addiction, relationship struggles, body shame, justice system involvement, or just feeling stuck in patterns that no longer work. I specialize in walking with people who’ve had to fight hard to survive—and are now ready to figure out how to truly live.
