I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan and have extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and adults struggling with ADHD, behavioral difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-harm, life transitions, relationship difficulties, survivors of trauma, adoption and foster care.
I utilize attachment-focused techniques, and other evidenced-based treatments to join clients in exploring and connecting important elements of their story to highlight the strength and resiliency they already possess. I am a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), a Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
