I incorporate evidence-based integrative modalities, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) to support clients in managing their mental health challenges.
