Over the past few years depression and anxiety have been on the rise and our teens are more defiant and resistant. Stress causes a shift in our beliefs to make us think we are something we are not. Thinking errors create a false representation of ourselves. Over the past 20 years I have provided support and assistance to people of all ages to provide tools to change their negative thought process, let go of their past and learn how to make better choices. If you or someone you know suffers from depression, anxiety, defiance or anger contact me, together we'll develop some calming and coping skills to help guide you on your journey.
As a Professional Counselor I specialize in reactive attachment and behavioral issues. As a Family Therapist I provide a parenting program that sets up boundaries, rules, consequences, and implements a chore list. I provide mediation between estranged couples bridging the gap between parent and child.
I am an ally of the LGBT+ and the incarcerated community. I believe counseling is a partnership in developing goals and objectives to guide individuals towards healthy emotional change.
