I have two decades of experience providing therapy support to individuals. My approach to therapy is warm, humanistic, and person-centered. My work comes from a whole person lens, recognizing the importance of mind, body, and spirit, while using techniques from Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
