I bring humor, honesty, and compassion into every session to help you feel seen, supported, and accepted for who you are. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds who face complex, multi-layered challenges. Many therapists shy away from certain diagnoses, but I believe in destigmatizing all mental health concerns. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore even the most confusing or painful emotions.
