I have over a decade of experience helping motivate clients from many different backgrounds with a range of counseling needs using a solution-focused-client-centered approach to overcome their struggles in life. Using my skill set in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to guide my clients to their desired change. Her education includes a Masters in Counseling, Certified Behavior Change Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Specialist. I have also completed levels 1 and 2 of Gottman’s Relationship Method Therapy training.
