About
Life can be unpredictable and overwhelming. We aren't always able to control what happens around us, but we all have the power to control how we react and respond. We have agency to determine what we will and won't allow in order to establish boundaries, and hold ourselves to standards that feel good to us. Therapy serves as a supportive and uplifting environment as you take your power back and discover healthier tools to reach your goals. We work together to overcome and grow through the things that life makes us go through.
I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker who has completed my education at the University of Connecticut. Over the years I has supported an array of people navigating challenges such as homelessness, substance abuse, and more by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamics Systems Theories, and Dialectal Behavioral Theories.
My passion for collaboration, extensive experience, training working with diverse populations, and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities make her a thorough and highly skilled clinician. I foster a safe environment grounded in respect and authenticity that serves as the perfect catalyst to real transformation.
