As a therapist I aim to offer a supportive, compassionate and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. My approach acknowledges and seeks to synthesize various perspectives on human experiences. Aspects of perception may be explored, including patterns, narratives, memories and triggers. I believe in providing dynamic, supportive and insightful therapy to individuals seeking guidance in navigating life challenges.
I find it important to facilitate a person’s innate ability to claim expertise on their own life by identifying their desires, needs and motivations. Establishing boundaries, learning to say no, tackling perfectionism, limiting critical self-talk and caring less what others think are challenges that may be addressed.
My interests include cultural fluency, humor, relaxation skills, radical acceptance and nurturing confidence and expression of the authentic self.
