Hi! Do you feel that interpersonal relationships are often difficult for you or maybe even painful? Are you struggling to manage big, intense emotions? Are you wanting to gain a deeper sense of how your past experiences may be affecting you in the present? Let's work on this together! I have a particular interest in working with individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD), and/or those looking to explore interpersonal relationship concerns, attachment dynamics, and/or work on emotion regulation, self-harm, substance use, and/or impulsivity.

My approach to therapy is one of collaboration, fostering trust, and building a strong, authentic, and safe relationship with each other. I see therapy as a process, and not so much as a destination. I practice therapy using a primarily psychodynamic framework, which emphasizes uncovering and recognizing patterns, and exploring relationships.
