I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, as I don't believe that one size fits all. My approach in therapy sessions is a client-centered theoretical approach in order to make sure the client(s) feels heard. I also use CBT and DBT amongst other methods during sessions.
I have experience working with a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients who are dealing with relationship issues, communication breakdowns, and other life struggles.
My sessions are safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming. I provide a warm atmosphere where my clients feel comfortable opening up and sharing because they feel heard.
