My ideal client is seeking what the mind and body are seeking-a benign state. We are all seeking freedom in some form, from physical to emotional to behavioral; my clients all seek the sense of agency from the negative loops that keep them down.
As a neurodivergent clinician, I am skilled in strengths based and trauma responsive care. I am also trained in Child Centered Play Therapy and eco-therapy. I believe that the most direct, tangible way to connect with something bigger than ourselves is found in nature. I am proud to work for a community based non-profit just a block from Birchlake in WBL!
