I have intensive training in DBT and also utilize CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I have worked in both the outpatient and hospital settings. I am experienced in helping individuals who are struggling with ADHD/ADD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anger, gender dysphoria, autism spectrum, addiction, and trauma.
