I am a therapist that has always been someone that easily connects and empathizes with everyone, especially clients, and it has helped me to build deep and meaningful relationships with the clients I have served. My goal as a therapist is not only to help you work on any issues you are facing and coming into therapy with, but also help you to build yourself up into who you want to be, regardless of how that is. I want you as a person, to be happy with yourself and find balance in your life.
A first session with me is just working to get to know each other a bit, and for me to get to know more in-depth the issues you are facing and what you are looking to work on for yourself.
It will be fairly laidback for starting off, no pressure at any point to open up as I know trust and a relationship is built over time, my main goal is for you to feel comfortable with just being yourself.
