About
Do you experience difficulty opening the lines of communication in your relationship? Maybe one of you experiences strong emotions like anger, or you withdraw during conflict. Maybe it's time to re-light the flame. Perhaps there's been a wound in the relationship and we're wanting to learn to trust again. Maybe parenting struggles, particularly with teenagers, are wearing you out. Or, you cannot agree on parenting techniques. I have several years of experience dealing with couple/marital issues. Learn practical solutions that can help reduce these, and other stressors in your life.
I work with people/couples to restore a connection to themselves and each other– their mind, body, and values. My specialties include couples and relationships, depression, anxiety, spirituality, trauma, Millenials, veterans, and teens. Our therapy sessions will include a space for your authentic self, and I will challenge you to get to know yourself deeply.
I will be there for you, listening and supporting you when you are adjusting to changes in a relationship, growing during a transition, deepening a connection to your spirituality and/or naming a religious trauma, or whatever focus that will help you on the path to fulfillment and flexibility. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation.
