Welcome! Therapy often comes at a turning point in life so I meet people where they are at in their lives and make sure they feel accepted, understood, and heard. I help people move past feeling overwhelmed with feelings of depression and anxiety and realize the choices they have in their lives. I am trained in marriage and family therapy and have specialized training in Solution Focused Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I am a counselor who enjoys working with individuals of all ages and their families. I work with people to process events in their lives including childhood trauma as well as current events, stressors, and relationship issues. I enjoy listening and making sure people have a safe space to talk and be their genuine selves. There is no judgment, only support!
Goal setting is personal to each person I work with. I help individuals evaluate where they are at in their lives and then clarify what they would like to work through, change, and/or achieve. We will talk and hold a meaningful conversation so that you can feel both comfortable and heard.
