My goal for every client is to foster a deeper sense of peace, hope, and personal freedom. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in a clinical setting to address a variety of interpersonal and emotional concerns.
I am a Certified Brainspotting (BSP) Therapist and a fully trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist, which I apply as integrated treatment modalities vs. added-on techniques. Focus areas include trauma resolution, anxiety/depression, and self-integration. Also, ask about my Well-Being Essentials six-week group experience!
I am also certified in Prepare/ENRICH to assist couples who are preparing to marry or are seeking to deepen their commitment to one another. I also have over 12 years of combined experience working with families in faith-based and public social service realms. Also, I recently became licensed to practice as an MFT with persons residing in the State of Idaho.
