I am a firm believer that ever person has the ability to enter and maintain sobriety. I have been sober for 16+ years and at one point questioned my own abilities to stay sober. I was introduced to counseling because of my own experiences and questions which developed into an intrinsic purpose to maintain my sobriety. I have a personal history that lends to helping others leave the life of active addiction and gain the tools to be sober and fulfilled. Active addiction or recovery presents difficulties which have a solution, I’m here to help in the solution.
I specialize in all stages of recovery, pre-contemplative through maintenance. If a person is questioning if they have an addiction or a person is in recovery and is seeking additional coping mechanisms while utilizing their tools, I’m here to help.

We meet three days per week for 3 hours per session. Intensive patient groups are offered in the both the evening and daytime in conjunction with or without MAT.
