Hi there! My name is Carissa Stone. I know life can be complicated! At various times in our lives, we experience hard things and need someone to help us along the way. Whether it is depression, grief, anxiety, a big life transition, or you just need someone to talk thru something with, my goal is to create a safe space to navigate those while improving your overall emotional wellbeing. My approach is client-centered, individually tailored, and strengths based. I believe everyone should be able to dive into hard things to find resolve and move forward and I am here to do that with you!
With over two decades of experience in Spokane, I have worked alongside individuals and families from all walks of life. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based Therapy. I come from a relational place and know building rapport is essential. I will work in partnership with you to support your unique needs.
