I am experienced working with individuals, couples, teens and families. I also work with individuals who have Autism, ADHD, Trauma histories and substance use disorders.
I provide a warm and goal oriented atmosphere where we will most certainly connect, laugh and focus on achieving your goals.
Therapy should allow you to feel safe and cared for. I offer a relaxing and supportive environment where we will work together to challenge unhelpful thought processes and work towards desired outcomes. Making change that impacts mental health and wellbeing takes work, but it is possible.
I'm here to help you process daily living, big life moments, and everything in between. I am comfortable working with many different identifying populations including but not limited to- neurodivergent identifying individuals, couples, teenagers, parents and individuals who are just needing to talk life to a therapist who understands that life can be hard!
