I feel it is important to take a team approach with my clients in order to find solutions so that they can cope better. I have worked with clients for over 10 years that have struggled with anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, motivation struggles, depression, grief, and relationship issues. I use various therapy techniques to meet my clients where they are to design goals that are achievable. My desire is that all of my clients have a safe place to process feelings
I would love to talk with you today. I offer virtual counseling that is convenient for most clients. I have availability in my schedule and my current hours are from 3pm-7pm most days with weekend hours by request.
