I have a particular passion for working with teens and adults who have experienced trauma, those who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals dealing with attachment issues or interpersonal relationship challenges, and clients experiencing dissociative symptoms. I believe in the power of building authentic connections and creating a safe, creative space for clients to feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, collaborative, and person-centered perspective. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and strengths-based approaches, tailoring my methods to best fit each individual’s needs.
What I love most about my work is helping clients develop skills to achieve their goals while fostering a sense of growth and self-discovery. I offer a gentle and compassionate approach while also bringing creativity and a bit of light-heartedness into sessions.
