I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, trauma, & life transitions using a blend of EMDR, CBT, ERP, and mindfulness. With a client-centered approach, I focus on creating personalized strategies to build resilience & emotional well-being. I also offer the support of two golden retriever therapy dogs to help ease anxiety & foster connection.
