Not gonna lie, there is A LOT going on out there are now. Everything around us is moving so fast and some days it seems uncontrollable. Sometimes you just need a safe, still place to catch your breath. Maybe even a place to be honest about how heavy it all feels before facing it all again. I do my best to create a space where you can cry, scream into the void, or even laugh at how absurd it all is while finding healthy ways to cope. I work best with those who live with mood disorders and trauma. I enjoy working with diverse identities including, but not limited to, the LGBTQIA+ community, Black community, and other marginalized communities. I believe we all have the unique skills we need to help ourselves. At times, our minds get too foggy to see them. Let's find them together.
