About
There comes a time when we need help coping with many of life’s challenges. This journey towards healing and self-discovery can be overwhelming without the help and support of a certified professional. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change, ultimately guiding you to “be your better self.”
Traditionally, I have used cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, with a strength based focus. More recently, I began incorporating holistic ways of healing through yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness based techniques. I am also interested in the gut brain connection and exploring parts of nutrition and exercise in the overall health of clients.
My goal is to meet you where you are at in your journey. I will walk beside you as we work collaboratively towards growth and healing in ways that feel supportive and nurturing to you in order to become your better self.
