Traumatic experiences can change the way that we relate to ourselves as well as the rest of the world. We can be left feeling depressed, on edge, or not like ourselves. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, specializing in trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, my passion is helping teens and adults who have experienced trauma feel safe within themselves again.
I offer a non-judgmental and safe place to express those things that may be bottled up inside. Through a combination of EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and somatic based techniques like breathwork, grounding, and meditation, we will work together to improve your overall wellbeing.
If you're interested in continuing your healing journey with me, the best way to reach out to me is via email. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions and currently have availability during the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings and afternoons.
