Welcome! I have had the privilege of joining people of all ages, genders and ethnicity on their personal journeys in life. It would be my honor to be asked to be a part of this walk with you. I work with individuals, and couples and have a great deal of experience with men's and women's issues. I am grateful, caring, mindful, supportive, soulful, kind, compassionate and strong.
I have over 30 years of experience working with men and women on issues including eating disorders, depression, grief and loss to spiritual awakening and enlightenment. We all find ourselves at some point with questions that seem bigger than we are and I can help to offer the light that will help you gain clarity.
