In addition to working with those experiencing difficult life transitions such as loss and divorce, I also enjoy working with women's issues such as infertility, postpartum conditions, parenting issues, and adjustments dealing with weight loss.
I am trained and experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). However I use a variety of counseling techniques depending on the client's needs. In addition, I am flexible in how I offer services. While my clients find online counseling to be most convenient, I may also provide services in my location, your home, and through chat applications.
