It is my mission at C & S Holistic Counseling and Consulting, LLC to eradicate the long-standing stigma associated with mental health challenges and treatment by promoting the concept of integrated health and wellness. Here at C & S Holistic Counseling and Consulting we will achieve this goal by encouraging, empowering and equipping our community with holistic interventions and resources designed to achieve an optimal level of health. Mental strengths is not the ability to stay out of the darkness; it is the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again.
A variety of my treatment approaches include Behavioral Modification, Psychoeducational, Person-Center, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Therapy is one of the first steps in “Healing”.
