I don’t know what’s wrong with me… but something is. - I hear that a lot, and I’m good at helping people turn that confusion into clarity. I work with adults who feel emotionally stuck, intensely reactive, chronically dissatisfied, or like they keep sabotaging progress. Maybe your mood flips fast, your thoughts spiral, you feel empty or disconnected, or you’re exhausted from trying to hold it together. Maybe you’ve collected labels over the years and none of them fully fit. My style is direct, curious, and assessment-informed. I like patterns. I like nuance. I like figuring out what’s driving the behavior underneath the behavior.

Once we understand what’s really happening, change stops being guesswork. When helpful, I use structured assessments to support diagnostic clarity and guide treatment. Then we build the skills that actually stick: emotional regulation, distress tolerance, self-awareness, boundaries, and more stable decision-making.
