I'm so happy you are here! Congratulations on starting your healing journey! I'm here to work alongside you on this journey. I specialize in working with children and adults navigating through transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, or simply feeling stuck. I come with experience working in community mental health, a pediatric hospital, and a school setting. My therapy approach is client-centered so I work alongside my clients and tailor treatment and each session to their unique goals and needs. I welcome you to reach out when you are ready!
My client focus consists of individual sessions with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Each of my sessions is tailored to the needs and preferences of each person, as well as making sure sessions are effective.
My communication style is very calm, safe, and supportive. My goal is to make clients feel comfortable and have a safe space to be themselves. By building rapport and providing active listening, I work to ensure that each of my clients feels respected, heard, and valued.
