As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my focus is to provide a supportive, affirming space where clients can find their voice, feel genuinely heard, and work through complex or overwhelming thoughts. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and relationship concerns, helping them untangle patterns that may be holding them back and build the skills and insight needed for meaningful growth.

I approach therapy from an existential, attachment-based, and Gestalt-informed perspective, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs. My work integrates insight-oriented and experiential techniques with evidence-based practices, and I am EMDR-trained to support trauma processing and emotional healing.
