Hello! My name is Carina Leilani Bondoc, and I am a Native Hawaiian and Mexican American Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based out of San Diego, California. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I work with adolescent and adult clients statewide, via telehealth. I am a strong advocate for folks, especially BIPOC and LGTBQIA+ people, to break through cultural stigmas surrounding mental health and use therapy as a tool to be a better version of themselves.
I have been fortunate to serve clients from varying diversities and backgrounds. While I specialize in working with veterans, individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders, LGTBQIA+ folks, anxiety and depression, I am comfortable helping people experiencing various life transitions.
My primary approaches include Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I tailor my sessions to best serve my client’s needs, goals and comfortability. Together we will create an individualized plan to best suit your needs.
