I am a Psychologist Resident practicing under the supervision of Dr. Shaun Davis. I am excited to support adults and adolescents 14 years and older struggling with high stress, depression, anxiety, processing trauma, figuring out how to live in the world as a neurodivergent or LGBTQ+ individual, and more! I am also interested in supporting couples in exploring their individual patterns in relationships and how they interact with each other, building open lines of communication and increasing trust and resilience. I will be most helpful for people who are interested in exploring who they are and how they move through the world.

I predominantly operate from a psychodynamic lens. This means that I think our life teaches us particular ways of responding to the world, sometimes in ways we don’t even notice. Exploring these ways of responding, how we got here, and what is no longer serving us can provide us an opportunity to try something new.

It’s hard to learn new things when we’re stressed or feeling ashamed, so I find it most helpful to explore with compassion and acceptance.
