I have experience working with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life stressors. Additionally, I support couples experiencing communication difficulties, as I believe that many marital conflicts can be resolved through the development of effective communication skills. I take pleasure in collaborating with clients to identify the most suitable strategies for overcoming their challenges.
I provide services women, men, and adolescents (ages 12 and up). My therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
