I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor of therapy. I use an integrated approach based on client needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and am currently undergoing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
