You are navigating a change in your life and want to move through this transition intentionally and with purpose. You might be having a hard time being the person you want to be, feeling disconnected, or are taking on the weight of others' expectations. You are trying, but things feel overwhelming. You sense it is time to really get to know your parts and to heal the wounds from the past so you can live authentically and move into the future you crave. I offer an intensive therapy model which includes customizable half day (up to 3-hour) and full day (up to 6-hour) sessions to focus on a specific area of your life or relationship.

IFS and IFS informed EMDR intensive sessions give you time and space to go at the pace your parts need, deeply explore your system, discover blocks that are holding you back, update beliefs that no longer serve you, and heal the parts of you that need your love and care. We support your system as you align with your intentions and therapeutic goals.

Healing in relationship involves two or more people who wish to do healing work together. You want to understand and be understood. You want to have a meaningful relationship, but something is getting in the way. Healing in relationship is an opportunity to heal the wounded or burdened parts inside that keep you from authentic and meaningful connection.

I am a private pay clinician. I do not bill insurance. After an initial consultation to assess fit, our first session is a 80-minute intake ($400). Half day intensives (up to 3-hours) are $750 and full day intensives are $1500, payable at time of booking.
