I chose to change careers after years of working in the Finance Industry because of my deep desire to understand an individual’s emotional processes and ability to heal. I have gained valuable life and educational experience and work with individuals who are experiencing family conflicts, anxiety, depression, & having difficulty navigating through life transitions and stressors. I use evidence-based practices to include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and I am committed to ongoing professional development while providing compassionate and effective therapy to each of my clients.
